RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To help us maintain fair pricing and reduce unnecessary international returns, we kindly encourage thoughtful purchasing. Please review all measurements and product details carefully before ordering.

Security Tag Policy
All eligible ROEMUSE items are dispatched with a visible Security Tag.
Returns will not be accepted if the Security Tag has been removed, cut, damaged, or altered. Please confirm the fit and condition of your item before removing the tag.

Return Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original, resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Items returned in non-resalable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request has been approved.

Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. ROEMUSE is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item.
If the issue is confirmed, ROEMUSE will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Returnable Items
Items explicitly marked as Final Sale or sold under a promotion clearly designated as non-returnable are not eligible for return, except where otherwise stated.
The Welcome 10% OFF discount does not affect return eligibility.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and certain accessories identified as non-returnable on the product page are final sale.
