RETURN & REFUND POLICY

The "Security Tag" Protocol (Crucial) 

All ROEMUSE pieces are dispatched with a visible, tamper-proof Security Tag.

STRICT RULE: Once the Security Tag is removed, cut, or altered, the item is NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REFUND. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with the fit and condition before removing this tag.

 

Eligibility for Returns 

Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents (perfume/deodorant), makeup stains, or pet hair.

Any item returned in non-resalable condition will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

Return Shipping & Fees 

As we provide Complimentary DHL Express Shipping for orders over $150, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ROEMUSE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

All refunds will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.

 

Non-Returnable Items 

Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or with a specific promotional discount (excluding the Welcome 10% OFF) are not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and accessories are also final sale.
